About our Villa in Sardinia
This is a traditional Sardinian house, with panoramic views of the surrounding country, situated in the small village of Magomadas, 10 minutes' drive from the coast.
The house consists of:
Living room (with bed settee), opening to a kitchen/diner. This leads to a small court yard where there is a toilet, shower/utility room with washing machine, a barbecue and eating area. (See ground floor plan)
The second floor (See second floor plan) has one double and one twin bedroom, and a shower room. A stair case leads up to the roof terrace (See terrace floor plan) which has spectacular country and mountain views.
The recently renovated house is well equipped with mostly new furniture and cooking equipment including an electric cooker, a gas hob, fridge, freezer, terrace and court yard furniture. There is a large wood burner in the living room which also makes it ideal as a winter retreat.
